Famous celebrities with COVID19
The whole world is currently at war against the CORONA VIRUS. More than 700 000 people got inflected with the new virus and 33 000 among them lost their lives in the war against the invisible.
Many of the famous figures, by going public with their diagnoses, have helped put a face to the virus, sharing updates via social media and giving interviews about their symptoms and conditions.
Here’s a list of some public figures who have announced that they have the virus.
Tom Hanks
The Academy Award-winning actor and his wife, Rita Wilson, both 63, said in a statement on March 11 that they were in Australia and had the coronavirus. Mr. Hanks was set to film a movie there about the life of Elvis Presley.
“Rita had some chills that came and went. Slight fevers, too,” Mr. Hanks said in the statement. “To play things right, as is needed in the world right now, we were tested for the coronavirus, and were found to be positive.”
The Hollywood actor kept his fans updated about his health via social media. On March 23, he shared a note that he and his wife feel better after two weeks of their first symptoms.
Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson returned to Los Angeles on Saturday, 28 March after spending two weeks in quarantine in Australia. Mr. Hanks announced on Twitter that he and Ms. Wilson were home, “and, like the rest of America, we carry on with sheltering in place and social distancing.”
Prince Charles
Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla had traveled to the royal family's Balmoral estate in Scotland, before the heir to the British throne began displaying mild symptoms. The couple was subsequently tested by the NHS, with Prince Charles testing positive.
The Prince of Wales (Charles Philip Arthur George; born 14 November 1948), is the heir apparent to the British throne as the eldest son of Elizabeth II. He has been Duke of Cornwall and Duke of Rothesay since 1952, and he is the oldest and longest-serving heir apparent in British history.He is also the longest-serving Prince of Wales, having held that title since 1958.
The Clarence House Instagram account shared an update regarding the prince's health. The caption read, "Thank you for all your ‘Get Well Soon’ messages for His Royal Highness. He is enormously touched by your kind words."
Boris Johnson
Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson Hon FRIBA is a British politician, writer, and former journalist serving as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party since 2019.
Johnson said Friday that he had tested positive for the coronavirus, making him one of the first world leaders to become a patient in the global pandemic.
The Prime Minister said he'd been tested on the advice of England's chief medical officer, Chris Whitty. A matter of hours later, Whitty said he was going into self-isolation after displaying symptoms of Covid-19.
Olga Kurylenko
The Ukrainian-born French actress and model also test positive for Corona virus.Olga, best known for her role in the James Bond film Quantum Of Solace, wrote in her post: "Locked up at home after having tested positive for Coronavirus. I've actually been ill for almost a week now. Fever and fatigue are my main symptoms".

her health, where she gave a breakdown of her illness before sharing
that she was now free of COVID-19
Paulo Dybala
The Argentine international took to Twitter to announce that he and his girlfriend Oriana have tested positive for novel coronavirus. With this, Dybala becomes the third Juventus player to be tested positive for Covid-19 with Blaise Matuidi and Daniele Rugani being the other two.
Although Dybala is now currently free from the virus and recovered completely. "I feel better now after some strong symptoms," the 26-year-old Dybala told JTV channel. "A couple of days ago I was not well, I felt heavy and after five minutes of movement I had to stop because I was struggling to breathe."
